Block Party
Join your neighbors for an afternoon of food, fun, and prizes! Come connect with the community, enjoy good company, and see what surprises await. All residents welcome — bring the whole family and your own lawn chairs! The party will be at the corner of Bennington and Benham Drives.
Fall Association Yard Sale
Time to declutter! Join your neighbors for our community-wide Fall Yard Sale. Set up shop in your own yard or driveway and shop around the neighborhood for great finds. All residents are welcome to participate.
Fall Dumpster Day
Time for a community clean-out! A dumpster will be available for residents to dispose of household refuse. Please be respectful of your neighbors and only bring a reasonable amount — this is a shared resource for the whole community, not for large personal projects like home remodels or fence removals.

This is our community's biggest meeting of the year! The Annual Meeting is where residents elect Board members, vote on the upcoming year's dues, and weigh in on important Association business.
