Pay Your Dues

Our association dues are an important part of keeping our community running. We are proud to say that we have one of the lowest dues amount in Allen County out of those neighborhood who have an association. Your dues help pay for vital services such as snow removal, salting our roads, administrative & meeting costs, and more! Currently, we accept two methods of payment for your dues, Check and PayPal.

Pay Your Dues with PayPal

  1. Visit PayPal.com to login to your personal account, or create a new one.

  2. After logging in, click the button “Send and Request” at the top banner of the page.

  3. In the search box, type in: info@valleyparkforest.com

  4. Click on the contact, Valley Park Forest

  5. Put in the amount you owe for your association dues. Our association dues are $35.00 per year.*

  6. In the note section, please add the following:
    Your Name, Your Street Address, Year(s) paying for

  7. Click the button “Send”

  8. Select your method of payment** and click “Next”

  9. On the review screen, make sure you have the correct amount, the correct note, your preferred payment method, and “Friends and Family” is selected.

  10. Click on “Send”
    *    Delinquent homes may owe multiple years and admin fees
    **PayPal charges fees for use of credit or debit card. Bank withdrawal is free

Pay Your Dues with a Check

  1. Write a personal check or cashiers check with the payee as:
    Valley Park Forest

  2. Make the check out for the amount you owe for your association dues. Our association dues are $35.00 per year.*

  3. In the Memo line, write the following:
    Your Name, Your Street Address, Year(s) paying for

  4. Mail the check to the Association at:
    P.O. Box 80215, Fort Wayne, IN 46885
