An architectural form is required when changes want to be made to a property that are restricted by the Valley Park Forest CCR’s. Changes include room additions, decks, sun rooms, porches, fences, pools, etc.

Any proposal found to be in violation of the CCR’s set forth will be denied. A minimum of 30 days is required for all forms to be submitted for approval before the date constructions begins. Submission of this form does not relieve you of your responsibility to obtain any permits that may be required by the City of Fort Wayne.

Obtaining permits or approval from the City does not relieve you of your requirement to complete this form, nor does it ensure approval will be granted by the VPF Association.

Approval of a project does not constitute a waiver of the right of the VPF Board of Directors, or any member homeowner, to enforce the CCR’s in the future as provided in Section 27 of the CCR’s.
