Neighborhood Dumpster Days
Two times each year in the Spring and Fall, our association will bring in an oversized dumpster for our residents to help get rid of some of those oversized items needing to be thrown out.
The Dumpster will be parked along Benham Drive and will be available starting at 8:00 AM on the scheduled day. We will have volunteers available at the dumpster to help you with your trash unloading if needed until 11:00 AM or until the dumpster is full, whichever is earliest.
Note, our volunteers are not here to collect the trash from your house and take it to the dumpster. This remains your responsibility.

Dumpster Guidelines
The dumpster is a community dumpster, so please be respectful of others with the amount of refuse you bring.
The dumpster isn’t to be used for refuse from large personal projects such as a large home remodel, fence removal, etc.
Prohibited items that cannot be thrown away include:
Flammable items such as aerosol paints or solvents, Mercury-containing items, automotive items, propane tanks, gasoline
Appliances containing freon such as refrigerators or freezers
Batteries (any kind)
Tires
Concrete
Paint
Organic Materials such as yard clippings or leaves
